FAQs

How do the cycling experiences work?

The cycling experience can be booked for anywhere between one and ten riders. If you’re travelling solo, we’ll shape the experience around you — your pace, your goals, your kind of ride. You won’t be dropped into a random group.

It’s all about making sure every route feels right — challenging if you want it, easy if you need it, and always enjoyable.

Do i have to be a cyclist or yogi to stay at le bezy?

Not at all. We welcome everyone, whatever your thing is. If your partner’s into cycling or yoga and you’re not, that’s totally fine. You can stretch out by the pool, grab a book and claim the hammock, or just settle in and enjoy the peace of the countryside.

Are there group rides i can join?

At the moment, we don’t run regular group rides, it’s something we’ve thought about, but matching pace and experience across guests can be tricky. Everyone rides differently, and that’s part of what we love about it.

We get a real mix of cyclists through the door, from those just finding their rhythm to the ones chasing every climb and segment they can find. Some come for long days in the saddle, others for a spin between coffees or a ride down to the market.

Whatever your style, you’re welcome here. Le Bézy’s surrounded by quiet roads, big views, and endless routes to explore, whether you want to go full gas or take it easy and just enjoy the ride.

Do i need a car to stay at le bezy?

You don’t necessarily need a car, but we’re about 8km from the nearest village, that’s where you’ll find the closest restaurants, cafés, and shops. Other towns and sights are a little further out, around 25km or more, and the nearest train station is about 20km away.

Even if you’re here for the cycling, there’s no pressure to ride every day. You might fancy a slow morning or a trip out to explore the local towns, for that, having a car definitely helps.

Is it just Mountains around le bezy?

No is the short answer. We’re about 40km from the town of Foix, the gateway to some of the bigger climbs and high-mountain routes in this part of the Occitanie region of the Pyrenees. It’s the ideal warm-up before a big day in the hills.

From the doorstep at Le Bézy, the riding’s endless. Quiet valley roads, punchy little climbs, vineyard loops, and ridge routes with views that stop you in your tracks. You’ll roll past sleepy villages, stone churches, and cafés that feel frozen in time.

Whether you’re out to test your legs or just spin easy for a coffee and a view, there’s always something here for you.
