SYN Social Rides
New for 2024
Join us here at the farmhouse for our monthly SYN Social Rides. Starting with coffee and a pastry at the farmhouse, head out with us to explore and take in the lush beauty of our local countryside.
Rides will be between 100 - 130km social pace (average pace between 24 & 28kmph) with a coffee stop.

Ride and experience the roads and gravel trails in our region and indulge in the perfect blend of challenges and scenic rewards, which will make your trip making it a an unforgettable experience.

As keen cyclists ourselves, we know endless local, (and further afield) routes to meet your cycling interests. From rolling hills and flatter terrains to the tougher climbs of the spectacular Pyrénées and Black mountains we have it all close by.
Whether it’s road, trails or gravel you’re after we’ve got it all. Join us as we ride through the Aude, Ariege, Haute-Garonne and Tarn departments of this undiscovered region.
Experience the beauty of quiet routes and breath-taking scenery.
The Drop
Somewhere to store your beloved 2 wheels, some unexpected maintenance or just to cool off in the shade after a hot summer ride. Tools/Pumps/Stands/Lube/Wash we’ve got it all.
Take your coffee down pre-ride or savour a post ride beer before you park the bike ready for the next days adventure.
Led Rides
Don’t know the area? No problem - we know the local routes intimately. We can share gpx files with you from our collections on Komoot or can tailor a route to suit your abilities and ambitions.
Want full support? We can do that too. Support vehicle, roadside nutrition, detailed route planning to maximise a training block - just get in touch and we can put something together.

CYCLING EXPERIENCE WEEKS 2024
Join us at the farmhouse for our week long
Cycling experiences
Quiet high mountain passes, sweeping valleys, medieval towns and villages, intimate country lanes and rolling vineyards are just some of what's on offer in the midi pyrénées. A region that is steeped in history of the cathars and that has terrain to suit all abilities and wishes. Tackle some of the hardest climbs in the pyrénées, or spin the legs to a ancient town for coffee... choice is the biggest reason we love the region and you will too.
Choose from either our 5 or 7 day Ride experience..
Come and indulge in some of the best cycling the Occitannie Region has to offer.
…and on your rest days, why not hang out by the pool, or sit back and relax in the Club Room.
